Contact form. When you send us an inquiry, we process the data you enter: your name, email address, message, and — if you choose to provide them — company name, budget range and the services you are interested in. We use this data solely to handle your inquiry and our subsequent correspondence. The form submission is delivered to us as an email through Resend (Resend, Inc., USA), which acts as our processor for email delivery.

Server logs. When you visit this website, our hosting infrastructure automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, requested pages and timestamps. This data is required to deliver the website securely and reliably, and is not merged with other data or used to identify you.

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking services. The only browser storage we use is a single technical flag in your browser’s session storage that remembers whether the intro animation has already played. It contains no personal data and is deleted automatically when you close the tab.

Where the GDPR applies, we process contact-form data to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating this website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We are a US company and process data in the United States and in the locations where our service providers operate. If you contact us from the EEA, UK or Switzerland, you acknowledge that your inquiry will be processed in countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction.

We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and delete it when it is no longer required, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests.
